Anti-Iran War Protest In Bandera

Bandera Iran War Protest.png

The Iran War Protest went off without a hitch on

April 7, 2026

A protest was organized by several groups on very short notice to protest the war in Iran and President Trump's War on Iran.

The core of what he wrote was:

“Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the F*in’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell – JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah.”**

This was widely described as a profanity‑filled Easter message, warning that the U.S. would hit Iranian power plants and bridges if Iran did not reopen the Strait of Hormuz by Tuesday." This rant may very well be a war crime if he follows through on the threat.

Artificial Intelligence:

Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing the way we live and work, ushering in an era filled with exciting possibilities! From AI agents that assist in everyday tasks to humanoid and industrial robots that enhance productivity, this technology is transforming our world. Embracing AI means embracing innovation, and as we navigate this transition, we can look forward to a future where machines and humans collaborate in ways we’ve only dreamed of.

While the rise of AI brings certain risks, the consensus is clear: potential gains far outweigh them. Imagine a world where mundane tasks are automated, allowing us to focus on creativity and problem-solving. The enthusiasm around AI stems from its ability to enhance our lives and drive advancements across all sectors. So, let’s welcome this change with open arms and prepare for a thrilling journey into the future!

ICE and Elections Do Not Mix

What Bannon proposed would be in direct violation of state and federal law. As Sean Morales-Doyle, the director of the Brennan Center’s voting rights and elections program, explained back in October:

The law is crystal clear: It is illegal to deploy federal troops or armed federal law enforcement to any polling place. In fact, it is a federal crime for anyone in the US military to interfere in elections in any way. More specifically, it is a crime, punishable by up to five years in prison, to deploy federal “troops or armed men” to any location where voting is taking place or elections are being held, unless “such force be necessary to repel armed enemies of the United States.” ...

You must be a citizen to vote in elections in the USA. Many safeguards are in place to make sure that is the case in Texas.

Immigration enforcement has no place at the ballot box. The mere presence—or threat—of ICE agents near polling sites can create a chilling effect that discourages eligible voters, especially those in immigrant and minority communities, from exercising their rights. Voters should never fear that casting a ballot could lead to questions about immigration status or encounters with law enforcement. Thankfully, for the upcoming runoff elections, we may not see significant disruptions. Still, vigilance is essential. Local election officials and civic organizations must ensure all polling locations remain free of intimidation and uphold the integrity promised by our democratic process.

Looking ahead to the midterm elections in November 2026, it’s not alarmist to acknowledge potential federal interference under a renewed Trump administration. Past rhetoric linking voting and immigration enforcement raises legitimate concerns that ICE could again be leveraged as a political weapon to suppress turnout in targeted areas. Protecting our elections means drawing a hard line between immigration policy and voting rights. Every American—regardless of background—deserves to vote in peace, confident that law enforcement agencies are focused on safety, not on politics.
